Forgive me for not knowing the convention, does "office space pricing at Burj Khalifa reached US$4,000 per sq ft (over US$43,000 per m²" refer to condominium sale prices, or yearly rent, or something else? If it is condominium sales, are there also annual assessments? Could someone add a clarification to the article's text? Thanks!
NYE
Pinging @Jolielover, you have removed a section of text from the NYE section because the source doesn't support text. The section claimed that from 2022 onwards, lasers have been installed on the Burj for the Dubai Fountain. It says in the source I provided: "In line with the theme 'Eve of Wonder', a brand-new laser feature is making its debut at The Dubai Fountain in sync with Burj Khalifa's stunning programme..." Can you please take another look at this? If the concern is that it doesn't mention it being installed on Burj Khalifa, then I'm happy to reword the text to something like "For the 2022 event, a laser feature was installed on The Dubai Fountain in sync with the Burj Khalifa's laser and fireworks show."
