Just querying his date of birth. Should this be circa 1775 since this was pre-1788 and therefore before written records and the introduction of the Gregorian calendar? What evidence is there?--Jack Upland (talk) 18:04, 19 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

In 2001 a group of non-Aboriginal People created a fictional faux Aboriginal Tribe.^[1] This group, based on the Central Coast of NSW, falsely claims decent from Bungaree.^[2]

The claim that this is fake isn't supported by the sources. It's just people on the Central Coast who claim descent from Bungaree. Jack Upland (talk) 04:15, 11 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
