it is funny to relate bakht khan to mughals and oudhans. Every pashtun know that he belonged to us. He is considered as a one of the pashtun hero in history .This a well known fact in history. He was ofcourse a rohilla evident from his city of birth.Mughals and oudhans did not use surname of khan, it was exclusve to pathans
Bakht Khan was a Pathan
Dear jawwad,
There was nothing in the article that says that he cannot be a pathan, despite having relations to mughals and oudhans, specially if they are from mother's side. However, to enlighten others, it would be great that you give some reference to the effect.
thanks
Khalid
Major edit
I just heavily edited this page for grammar and clarity reasons. I don't know enough about the subject to put in links or sources, but it would be great if someone who does could. -Segregold (talk) 16:18, 6 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
