I've taken the initiative to correct some mistakes and/or remove some portions. Needs more however.

• Star Channel was launched some months after Alpha TV.
• Removed references to Nickelodeon and to Attiki Odos because they seem superfluous.
• Skai 100,3 FM had the highest rank in Athens.
• Removed the reference to the satellite broadcast because it seems unsubstantiated.
