• The first sentence under History ends with "while Papua ." There is something missing. I cannot even guess what is intended because of Papua's rather vague status at the time.
• The sentence that begins, "The battalion was formed in June 1945 in the territory of New Guinea..." follows another sentence that refers to the NG Volunteer Rifles. I think by "battalion" you mean the 3 NGIB. In any case, please make it clearer which battalion you are referring to. Thanks.
