Wikipedia is a great project and the majority of editors I've encountered have been great people. Many thanks to them. But a few of the more arrogant and pushy types are able to get more than their fair share of attention, and they poison the well. The "community" doesn't know how to control them, and it isn't healthy here. I don't believe anyone knows how to solve this.
