Purge page cache

I think I messed up the wikiprojects section. I tried to link the section to the Wikiprojects page I had made earlier:

I wanted to know how often we change the selected picture? It'll be also a good idea to add a short description for the image and also make an archive for the older selected pictures, for those who missed to see them.
