The current order is:

• Navigation
• Policy
• Editing
• References
• Images
• Table
• Talk

There may be a better order to introduce people to things. Perhaps placing navigation later? Maybe guidelines and policies needs a less dry title?

Perhaps ending with pages on:

• Style (WP:MOS)
• Content (WP:MPOV, WP:V, WP:NOR)
• Community (WP:WPDIR, WP:TALK)
