{{unblock}} - I hate to be a bear, but I've been autoblocked because someone has a similar IP to mine, and his username's been deemed insulting. Any way I can get out from behind this? --[[User:AlbertHerring|AlbertHerring]] 17:46, 16 June 2006 (UTC) |

U.S. politicians
Hello and welcome again to Wikipedia. You are doing great work. I see that you have been writing articles about American politicians, which is one of my main interests. When you write articles, particularly about U.S. poiticians, you should go to the pages for their names with their middle initials and their middle names and redirect those pages to your article. For example, I redirected Carl A. Hatch and Carl Atwood Hatch to Carl Hatch. This is necessary because often politicians will have pages linking to them under all three diferent names. If you have any questions about this, ask me on my talk page. Academic Challenger 21:52, 8 January 2006 (UTC)

Request reason:
Change
{{unblock}}
to {{unblock | reason=your reason here ~~~~}}
Notes:
- In some cases, you may not in fact be blocked, or your block has already expired. Please check the list of active blocks. If no block is listed, then you have been autoblocked by the automated anti-vandalism systems. Please remove this request and follow these instructions instead for quick attention by an administrator.
- Please read our guide to appealing blocks to make sure that your unblock request will help your case. You may change your request at any time.
If you ask the blocking administrator to comment on this request, replace this template with the following, replacing "blocking administrator" with the name of the blocking admin:
{{Unblock on hold |1=blocking administrator |2=original unblock reason |3 = ~~~~}}
If you decline the unblock request, replace this template with the following code, substituting {{subst:Decline reason here}}
with a specific rationale. Leaving the decline reason unchanged will result in display of a default reason, explaining why the request was declined.
{{unblock reviewed |1=original unblock reason |decline = {{subst:Decline reason here}} ~~~~}}
If you accept the unblock request, replace this template with the following, substituting Accept reason here
with your rationale:
{{unblock reviewed |1=original unblock reason |accept = accept reason here ~~~~}}
- I hate to be a bear, but I've been autoblocked because someone has a similar IP to mine, and his username's been deemed insulting. Any way I can get out from behind this? --AlbertHerring 17:46, 16 June 2006 (UTC)
