A new book about Judge Friendly is being published this month: ''Henry Friendly, Greatest Judge of His Era'', by David M. Dorsen (Belknap Press of Harvard University Press, ISBN 978-0674064393). I found it via [http://online.wsj.com/article/SB10001424052702304537904577279432126691786.html this review]. Both of these would probably be useful in this article. :I'm keeping an eye out for the book. Word in the legal community is that it may rival the Learned Hand biography by Gunther among the most important works of scholarship on a federal judge who never served on the Supreme Court. I certainly agree it will be very useful and relevatn for this article. [[User:Newyorkbrad|Newyorkbrad]] ([[User talk:Newyorkbrad|talk]]) 01:30, 20 March 2012 (UTC)
