Cite literature? These consonants don't appear on the chart, and students have been more confused by a dot below than a ring on top. The chart does say a ring on top means the same thing, but does not have a combining dot below. Matthewmorrone1 (talk) 18:07, 12 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]
