Saint-Médard-sur-Ille (French pronunciation: [sɛ̃ medaʁ syʁ il], literally Saint-Médard on Ille; Gallo: Saent-Médart, Breton: Sant-Marzh-an-Il) is a commune in the Ille-et-Vilaine department in Brittany in northwestern France.
