Portland Solutions is a Portland, Oregon municipal agency created by former mayor Ted Wheeler to bring several programs into coordination so as to more effectively address homelessness.[3] Unlike most city bureaus and offices, Portland Solutions reports directly to the City Administrator, making it closely overseen by the mayor’s office.[1][4] Current mayor Keith Wilson further integrated these organizations as part of his plan to end unsheltered homelessness.[5]
