Picture 10 needs to be replaced as the quality of the Welsh on the sign is awful! It was probably generated by a computer, like the infamous one that translated as "cystitis dismount". The caption's pretty ugly as well – who calls Wales a "province" of the UK? That whole "despite Wales being in the UK" clause – couldn't we have something more positive, people? ;) Seriously, it's not as if that qualifier adds anything to an introductory sentence about Welsh.
