Marty Carter (born December 17, 1969) is an American former professional football safety in the National Football League (NFL). He played for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Chicago Bears, Atlanta Falcons, and Detroit Lions. He was selected by the Buccaneers in the eighth round of the 1991 NFL draft.[1]
