Live Oak is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) in Horry County, South Carolina, United States. As of the 2020 census it had a population of 93.[4][5]

The CDP is in northeastern Horry County, 3 miles (5 km) west of Loris and 18 miles (29 km) northeast of Conway, the county seat.
