Holarrhena is a genus of plant in the family Apocynaceae first described as a genus in 1810. It is native to tropical and southern Africa as well as south, east, and southeast Asia.[1] As of August 2013 the World Checklist of Selected Plant Families recognises 5 species:[3]

- Holarrhena pubescens Wall. - eastern, southern + central Africa; Indian Subcontinent, Indochina, parts of China
A new species of Holarrhena from the Palakkad gap of Western Ghats has been reported and named as Holarrhena parishadii[4] in the year 2024.
