Description
English: Soldiers with the 5th Kandak, Afghan National Army prepare to park and unload supplies at Forward Operating Base Jackson, Afghanistan. Marines with Combat Logistics Battalion 8, 2nd Marine Logistics Group (Forward) escort the ANA to and from FOBs throughout Helmand Province, Afghanistan, for routine resupply missions. Usually they only resupply the other kandaks operating in the area, but April 29, 2011, the 5th Kandak transported food for Marines at Forward Operating Base Nolay, Afghanistan.
