Niels Vink defeated Heath Davidson in the final, 6–1, 6–2 to win the quad singles wheelchair tennis title at the 2023 Wimbledon Championships.[1]

Sam Schröder was the defending champion,[2] but lost in the semifinals to Davidson.[3]
