The 1999 Internationaux de Strasbourg was a women's tennis tournament played on outdoor clay courts in Strasbourg, France that was part of Tier III of the 1999 WTA Tour. It was the 13th edition of the tournament, held from 17 until 23 May 1999. Unseeded Jennifer Capriati won the singles title[1] and $27,500 first-prize money.[2]
