Delete and salt. This page is a pointless redirect with no reason to be retained. It also has some history of incorrect draft submissions (1, 2, 3) and unconstructive editing (1, 2). It would be good if the articles could highlight the differences rather than just have a hatnote saying that the concepts are different. Is disambiguation an option (including fasciculation, which is also in the hatnote)? This is mentioned at List of doping cases in sport by substance#Metenolone esters but not at the target.   • Weak delete. As far as I can tell this name has been used once in web searchable literature: this 1957 paper. Otherwise it isn't listed as a synonym at PubChem or DrugBank.
