This is nothing but a transclusion of the (itself fairly pointless) {{Vandalism information}} template. Given that it's fully-protected it will never be added to, since no admin is ever going to have a use for it and the non-admins have all the information about vandalism they could possibly ask for at WP:Vandalism. (If the intention is for this to become some kind of real-time scoreboard for which vandals are most active, I assume I don't need to explain why that's a Really Bad Idea.)  ‑ Iridescent 18:28, 30 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
