I'm sure not clear on what the license for this image should be - the history says cc-by, which is disputed by someone. And this probably isn't applicable for fair use, per WP:NFCC#1 and WP:NFCC#2 (press photo, speedy deleteable per WP:CSD#F7). Bringing to FFD rather than PUF or CSD per complicated case. It was a bit of mess when I saw it (and the next one). It claimed cc-by, and had no permission as the source was http://www.angelfire.com/folk/stinkt/VIERTELFINALE_DREI480.jpg. It also had a detailed FUR. It obviously cannot be FUR and in All Free Media at the same time. Rather than just tag for di-no-permission, considering someone had taken the time to list a FUR, I plumped to (try to) sort it out according to the FUR given - and placed that data into a FUR template, and then reduced the images down to a reasonable Fair Use size. I see the OP has moved the deletion notices from his talk page - he does seem to have gained a few issues in the past - User:Cretanforever/Image_copyright_issues.
