• Delete - I would redirect to Karl Sandoval as plausible search term, but we may have to evaluate Sandoval's article himself as well for notability. Aside from that, source searches all turned up as a bust - I couldn't find anything to establish notability independent of Mr. Sandoval, or, notability in general.
