Fed failing afd would be a pretty good indicator the titles don't pass notability either. Search results: PWF Light Heavyweight Championship 0 gnews hits[1], 4 ghits (+tx) [2] , ROW West Texas Wrestling Legends Heritage Championship 14 ghits [3] (wikiclones), 0 gnews [4]. NO significant coverage, badly fails WP:N.
