Notability is not asserted or established in this article, and it certainly isn't inherited. Whether this is good or bad, being a convicted murderer does not convey notability either. Finally, whether or not one is a convicted murderer, the article must still adhere to WP:BLP, and without sufficient sources, it is questionable that this article does so. I do understand most of the claims are made in the one citation given in the article, but I'm not sure it's enough, and there's still the problem of the subject not being notable in the first place.
