Unquestionably fails WP:SPORTCRIT by a large margin. Never played a single league match above the fourth tier in Japan. Kept before for reasons that are no longer valid; for appearing in a single cup match - the guidelines that were applied no longer exist. As Kotaro Kume barely had any football career, there is no significant coverage either. The Japanese Wikipedia is filled with primary routine sources and a Gekisaka match report from an adolescents' game. Geschichte (talk) 06:15, 16 March 2025 (UTC)

- Delete per nom. JP google news yields nothing (No result). I only found just these articles from Gekisaka. 1, 2. Warm Regards, Miminity (Talk?) (me contribs) 03:55, 19 March 2025 (UTC)
- Delete per all of the above. This part of his career is probably over even if football/soccer is for life. Cielquiparle (talk) 06:24, 23 March 2025 (UTC)
