No evidence of any notability for this one-liner. Prod removed by author. Fails WP:GNG. There are many hundreds of Jat Gotras and creating an article for each of them with nothing else to show notability is contrary to the objectives of an encyclopaedia. Only a single ref. - Comment from memory there was a whole run of articles on Jat Gotras that were deleted about a year ago as having unreliable sources, but I’m afraid I can’t remember specifics. Mccapra (talk) 15:38, 12 May 2020 (UTC)
- Comment the editor who created this article also created a duplicate at Chhonkar (Jat Gotra) and Mccapra appears to be right about previous deletion. It was deleted under a different spelling at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Chhokar and then deleted again per Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Chhokar rajput. - Also Delete as the subject still fails notability standards. Best, GPL93 (talk) 23:44, 13 May 2020 (UTC)
- Delete - The creator of the article has also been blocked for sockpuppetry and has used said sockpuppets in order to try and disrupt the AfD process on this article. Romartus Imperator (talk) 23:43, 13 May 2020 (UTC)
- Move to List of Jat gotras -- there are many hundreds, and this article is a one-liner, which sounds like they could be made into a list to me. sam1370 (talk / contribs) 04:14, 14 May 2020 (UTC)
