- Hello, the image was imported from the Persian Wikipedia for the same page.

- It is being used as non-free content on the Persian Wikipedia. If you want to to do that here on the English Wikipedia, you will need to provide a correct license as this image is not a Wikipedia screenshot, iot a copyrighted image. You will also need to add a non-free usage rationale. -- Whpq (talk) 03:47, 29 March 2025 (UTC)
- Makes sense. Would you be able to briefly help with that process? Still new to me BurimKazimi (talk) 03:59, 29 March 2025 (UTC)
- In order to use an image as non-free content, it must meet all of the non-free content criteria. Using a non-fee image in the infobox of an article about a deceased person is generally okay. The key things you need to check when using it for a deceased person are criteria #1 (replaceability) and criteria #2 (commercial opportunity). For #1, you will need to conduct a search to ensure there are no freely licensed images of the subject. If there is, then you need to use the freely licensed image instead. For #2, you need to check that the image is not from a commercial photo agency such as Getty Images or Associated Press. If it is, our use would compete with their commercial use of the image and you cannot use it.
- You will need to ensure the image has a proper license statement, and a non-free usage rationale which shows how all of the non-free usage criteria are met.
- For the licensing, as this is a biographical image, you can replace the current licensing statement (which is incorrect) with {{Non-free biog-pic}}.
- You will need to add a non-free usage rationale. Template:Non-free use rationale is a generic non-free use template, but there are others which are more tailored to specific uses. I suggest Template:Non-free use rationale biog which is specifically geared for biographies. The notes on the template page include the minimum required parameters for a deceased person.
