  • IP-range 131.104.X.X (mostly his IP), based at the Canadian University of Guelph
  • similar time of creation as another puppet or edit
  • behaviour [1]

Reporting new suspects

  • Put {{Sockpuppet|Serafin}} on the user page (not the talk page)

Same agenda on bureaucracy and same language but different IP (I suppose that's because the others are blocked; he continues what he has started with a 131.104 IP, though, [2]). And again. What a waste of time this guy is. Can't this be done quicker and more effective? Some admins adding Copernicus to their watchlist?
