"Three by Tennessee" is an episode of the television series Kraft Television Theatre that consisted of three one-act plays by Tennessee Williams:
- Mooney's Kid Don't Cry with Ben Gazzara and Lee Grant
- The Last of My Solid Gold Watches with Thomas Chalmers and Gene Saks
- This Property is Condemned with Zina Bethune and Martin Huston
Reception
Variety called it "hardly worth the effort".[1]
The Montreal Star called it "an experiment not completely successful but wonderfully exciting all the same."[2]
The Chicago Reader wrote "all plays have been skilfully shortened and given the proper mood by director Sidney Lumet and are beautifully performed."[3]
