Oh, I see. Those are both categorized at the bottom of the template documentation. Anyhow, the documentation explains how a misspelling in one context may be considered a correct spelling in another context, and thus be "printworthy". I've definitely seen numerous cases where some knucklehead has "fixed" a link by changing it from [[Original misspelling]] to [[Correct spelling|Original misspelling]], if that's what you're talking about.
