- {{Infobox Asian Games bid|YEAR}} where YEAR is the year of the games, 1951, or every 4 years starting in 1954.
To be useful, a page named Bids for the YYYY Asian Games must exist for the year.
Examples:
- 1951 - First Asian Games
- 1954 - every 4th year starting in 1954
- 2010 - Also shows Para Asian Games starting in 2010
- 2018, which has a corresponding bid page
