I can see that, though I'd argue that the Raye song passes the PDAB check because it's "very well known and is considered much more highly notable than the others." It won a Brit award (plus the singer herself has garnered a few other accolades) and definitely is more known than the other song. I can open an AfD for the other song though. Thank you!
