Error in date (YEAR)?: The wikipedia article says: Israeli attacks in the West Bank 555 From 2025-01-01 to 2025-01-31.[8]

Should be: From 2024-01-01 to 2025-01-31, (since the site referenced to [8] says "1 January 2024 - 31 January 2025".) RogerJoensson (talk) 08:47, 18 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]

The reference "[b]" in the table "Israeli attacks in the West Bank 555[8][b]" is still wrong according to the reference [8] which says from 2024-01-01 to 2025-01-31. Under [b] it still says "From 2025-01-01 to 2025-01-31" This date was not corrected yesterdat, just moved out of the table.

If the reference pointed to [8] is right, then [b] should say 2024-01-01 to 2025-01-31. RogerJoensson (talk) 12:28, 19 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Change: "…about 250 soldiers were discharged due to prolong combat stress symptoms."

To: "…about 250 soldiers were discharged due to prolonged combat stress symptoms."

Reason: The word "prolong" is incorrect in this context. The correct adjective form "prolonged" should be used to describe "combat stress symptoms." GameStockpiler (talk) 18:12, 20 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Done quite right! Lova Falk (talk) 15:38, 23 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Description of suggested change: Please remove data suggesting the Palestinian death toll is upwards of 70,000. Hamas has recently announced that 72% of casualties were intentionally miscalculated: https://www.jpost.com/israel-news/defense-news/article-848592. Make sure to use the new stastic. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Haskeymorrison (talk • contribs)

Not done - This claim has not received significant RS coverage or confirmation, unlike the Lancet study. It is limited to the Jerusalem Post which we do not use as a sole source for extraordinary claims in the Israel-Palestine topic area. (See WP:RSP.) The Telegraph cites the fringe Henry Jackson Society as its source even though they have dishonestly portrayed casualty figures in the past, per RS. Until and unless there is significant RS coverage of this claim confirming it, it is not WP:DUE for inclusion. Smallangryplanet (talk) 08:35, 3 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Additionally, it’s misleading. The article says “72% of deaths are combat age” when this not only applies to only a select area of the death toll and not its entirety, but also includes 13, 14, 15, and 16 year old males killed by Israeli bombardment as “combat age”
that being said, a “combat age male” doesn’t exist. It’s a term manufactured by the USA during the Vietnam war made to make killing civilian men more “acceptable” The Great Mule of Eupatoria (talk) 17:43, 3 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]
