In Volume VI of "About Time" there's a whole essay about this called "Did Cartmel have any plan at all?", which basically shows how the so-called "Cartmel Masterplan" was really only thought of after the show had already ended. Could information from this be added to the article? I'm sure there are other articles elsewhere that show the reliability of believing in this.
