Overall: This article is solid and well-sourced. I find the hook to be moderately interesting, but after reviewing her entire biography, I could not come up with a better option, so I am accepting it. Spotchecked source 7 and found no issue. Earwig shows no copyvio. (There is a 37.1% similarity with the State Council Information Office source, but mostly due to direct quotes.) QPQ done.
