"She officially declared her candidacy which means she is a candidate" False. Legally speaking, Duterte is two steps behind in becoming a candidate per se. She has yet to file a COC with the COMELEC and even then, she would still be considered an "aspirant" for the office. Only when the campaign period starts do these "aspirants" become candidates. We should wait for the filing of COCs to happen (in late 2027) before we begin talk of adding individuals to the infobox. Anything before that would be WP:CRYSTALBALL.
