Ohio Township is one of nine townships in Crawford County, Indiana. As of the 2020 census, its population was 653 and it contained 329 housing units.[3]

According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 30.73 square miles (79.6 km2), of which 30.1 square miles (78 km2) (or 97.95%) is land and 0.62 square miles (1.6 km2) (or 2.02%) is water.[5]
