Marcus A. Hilliard (born c. 1980) is an American college football coach. He was the head football coach for Elizabeth City State University from 2022 to 2024.[1][2][3][4][5] He also coached for Virginia Union.[6][7][8] He played college football for Elizabeth City State as a linebacker.
