Manisha Bhanwala is an Indian wrestler from Rohtak, Haryana. She won gold in the 62 kg category at the 2025 Asian Wrestling Championships Amman[1] and the 2016 South Asian Games (60 kg). She also secured three Asian Wrestling Championships bronze medals: 2022 Mongolia,[2] 2023 Astana,[3] 2024 Bishkek.[4]

Early life

Manisha was born in the Rohtak district of Haryana. She started wrestling to lose weight at the behest of her father.[5]
