Kelowna is the largest city in the Okanagan Valley and the interior of British Columbia with a population of 160,507.[1] Currently, the tallest building in the city is the 36-story One Water Street East Tower. This building is 119 m (390 ft) and is the tallest building between Greater Vancouver and Calgary.

The city has seen a significant boom and densification of its downtown core in recent years with no sign of slowing down.

As of March 2024, Kelowna contains 2 high rises over 100 m (328 ft), with several more developments of similar height being approved or currently under construction - such as Water Street by the Park, and UBCO Tower.
