The Kemper County School District is a public school district based in De Kalb, Mississippi, United States. The district's boundaries parallel that of Kemper County.

The racial makeup of the district was 98.03% African American, 1.59% White, 0.23% Hispanic, and 0.15% Native American.[2] 81.5% of the district's students were eligible to receive free lunch.[3]
