Jph Wacheski (also referred to as Jeph) is a musician and independent video game developer from Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.

Game Development

Wacheski's games and music are experimental in design[citation needed]. His games typically feature a retro arcade aesthetic with distinctive modern sound design.[citation needed] He releases his games under the studio name Iteration Games.[1]

LockOn[1] and Valence[2] have both received the "Top Dog" award at Home of the Underdogs, and several of Wacheski's games have been featured on the Independent Gaming Web's log.[3] His games are included in many collections of free and independent games, both online and on CD-ROMs packaged with magazines.[citation needed]

Wacheski has released music and performed live under various names, including And the Earth Died Screaming, Zug Island, and Jph Wacheski.[citation needed]

He has performed at numerous events, primarily in and around Toronto, including A Month of Sundays (2001),[4] Aspect (2002), and The Ambient Ping (together with Leif Bloomquist as Jamming Signal, 2003).[citation needed]
