Horní Rožínka is a municipality and village in Žďár nad Sázavou District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 80 inhabitants.
Horní Rožínka lies approximately 20 kilometres (12 mi) east of Žďár nad Sázavou, 46 km (29 mi) east of Jihlava, and 144 km (89 mi) south-east of Prague.
