Frederick Bisset Collins (25 February 1881 – 4 October 1917) was an Australian cricketer. He played 37 first-class cricket matches for Victoria between 1899 and 1909.[1] He was killed in action during World War I at Broodseinde.[2][3]

Collins was educated at Scotch College, Melbourne, and had a long career with East Melbourne in senior Melbourne cricket, taking 422 wickets at an average of 13.[3] A right-arm fast-medium bowler, he had his most successful season for Victoria in 1902–03 when he took 31 wickets at an average of 20.45,[4] and also took his best first-class figures of 7 for 61 in Victoria's victory over Lord Hawke's XI.[5]
