Description
English: The cutter USCGC Bedloe (later Antidam) WSC-128 was an Active class cutter of the United States Coast Guard. In a mission to rescue a damaged Liberty ship, she sank in hurricane conditions off the Coast of the Outerbanks, North Carolina. Between the sinking and being shipwrecked for 50 hours at sea, 26 crewmembers died.
