Deutsch: Vorplatz und Westflügel des Benediktinerstiftes mit Torturm und viersäuligem Marmorportal in der oberösterreichischen Marktgemeinde Lambach. Die stattliche langgestreckte Anlage auf einer Bodenwelle neben der Traun hat ihr heutiges Erscheinungsbild weitgehend durch die Bautätigkeit zwischen Mitte des 17. Jahrhunderts und Anfang des 18. Jahrhunderts erhalten. Gegründet wurde das Stift 1046 für weltliche Chorherren und 1056 als Benediktinerabtei. Beim Bayerneinfall 1233 wurde Kloster und Kirche großteils zerstört. |
