  • A blue shield-shaped embroidered device with a semi-circular base 2 1/4 inches (5.72 cm) in height by 1 7/8 inches (4.76 cm) in width overall, edged with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) blue border divided diagonally from upper right to lower left by a 3/4 inch (1.91 cm) red stripe trimmed with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) white stripe, with a white lightning bolt diagonally centered on the red stripe.
