Dominican Republic sprinter
Felicia Candelario Ortiz (born 7 January 1961) is a Dominican Republic sprinter. She competed in the women's 100 metres at the 1984 Summer Olympics.[1]
Her personal best in the 100 metres is 11.2 set in 1984.
